What's the Best Way to Uproot My Backyard?
My parents want me to uproot my backyard to pay for prom. I can’t used weedkiller, fire, or a bulldozer of any kind since our backyard is too small to fit it. Whats the easiest way to do this?

With a shovel. If you are removing sod, use a flat shovel and run it below the sod and roll it up. If you are weeding, use a trowel to dig each weed out. Looks like you are stuck doing it by hand.
Oh, if there is no sod, just turn over the entire yard with a spade and pull the weeds out. Rake it out and it will be ready to plant.

I think keith is trying to say Caterpillar D-4, a dozer, or 2-4-D herbicide? But if you want to turn the entire back yard soil over why don’t you ask your father to rent a rototiller for a day and you supply the labor?
