What Are the Laws in NC Governing the Driving of Farm Equipment on a Public Road?

I have a Bobcat 2200 that I use for my trout pond and wood for campers. Can I drive this on the dirt roads around my store?

I suppose there should be any objection to that if you possess a licence to drive it and it is not a regular event!

If there is a law against it then I see a law breaker almost everyday (lol) Even if there is a law against it I think it is tolerated… I think dirt roads do not fall under the same laws and regulations as paved county or state roads… I think that you will be fine driving on the dirt road.

Sure why not. It is in a rural area. If it can go as fast as the slowest car sure. My bobcat has tank tracks on it and the county doesn’t like for me to drive it on the asphalt as it tears it up.
