Actually, it’s simple physics that if the blocks were behind the tires, the truck would never develop the momentum!
If there had been blocks behind the trailer tires, it wouldn’t have rolled.

@ke6gwf actually the bulldozer backing off of the trailer would cause a leverage effect causing the weight of the bulldozer to lift the middle of the truck approximetly where the hinge is along with the main axel of the truck causing a slight momentum of the truck which would easily overcome the wooden blocks

Which is why I said the block should be behind the rear trailer tires.
Since the rear trailer axle is the pivot point for the leverage that lifted the rear of the truck, if you prevent the rear axle from moving, no momentum can be developed.
And remember, you have ~100,000+ pounds sitting on that axle, so it’s not going to roll UP over a block. I don’t know if you have ever driven a big truck, but it’s hard enough to drive over a 4×4 block from standing still when empty!
