Seeking Schematic or Wireing Diagram for Hitachi EX100 Tracked Excavator?

Can anyone please help me with my search for information on the computer/controler on a 1999 Hitachi EX100 tracked excavator. The unit has blown the surge protectors and some of the power transistors, but I need some more detailed information about the unit before I can carry out the repairs. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
