Rental Insurance That Covers Construction Equipment?

i have equipment that id like to rent to others. so i need insurance that will cover others that use my equipment.

    Gotcha. It’s called inland marine coverage form, particularly, an equipment rental dealer’s form. Depending on the type of equipment, and coverage area and usage, it STARTS at $2500 or 5% of the value of your equipment.

    Contact an independent agent. An independent agent represents several insurance companies and likely has access to specialty companies that deal with this type of risk. The short term rental business has potentially serious risks and there are very few companies willing to underwrite the risk.
