Wheel bearing problems with my Saturn SC2 3-door coupe?
So the other night I got off the highway and took a left of the ramp and heard a horrible grinding metal sound coming from my front wheel drivers. It is only when I take a slow turn to the left or tight (As in a parking space.) I'm pretty sure it was my wheel bearing av I just had the tire replaced rodes last year if my car works fine, so I do not think the axle / brakes. Anyone have an idea of how much it might cost to fix or if could be something else? If this is the wheel bearings, I will correct both at the same time, so if you give ideas please consider pricings. Thank you!
may want to have the CV joint / axle on that side as well verified. generally if the wheel bearing …. it will make a noise sqealing permanently, not just in the corners of my experiance. I had two joints and axles at the end before my ex-wife 95 Saturn coupe was replaced in 05 'I did the work, but the parties ran me 250.
