John Deere 310SG Tractor Backhoe.
We used a John Deere 310SG to dig the anchor trench for the geoteck 60mil liner…lots of frost, the operator had to use his 3 tooth frost bucket.

Second time I see a backhoe in your video Nice one, plus it’s a John Deere (:
maybe iff you had hired a real machine like a hitachi then you wouldn´t had need that bucket. LOL !!
what made you use a backhoe for this job? all that was available?
someone need a mini ex! lol
That is a great backhoe.
I ran a 05 310SG i love it.
Great video too.

@hammerdwn20 We have a 330 Hitachi onsite, but space was tight and he would have had no swing room, his bucket would have been too big, don’t need much just 18×18 inches
@josderedneck22 Workin on it Jos….your machine would have worked great here but we just don’t use very many wheeled excavators on western canada
@equipmentfan93 I like them too G, you have experience on these i know
@Bobtrucker123 John Deere really seems to be the backhoe everyone uses in the oilpatch, they are a good machine
@letsdig18 Ya I think one would work good doing this, lots of guys seem to have these, they haul them on flat decks, so they are available and we don’t have to pay the big rate to haul them around
Nice! I wish i had one to clear my driveway lol
at least someone in this vid was working……and it sure wasn’t that guy in the shadow….LOL Good vid Jeff!
@CDNcatskinner just joking man ! iff the soil is frozen solid like that my hitachi would had a lott off trouble too !
