Construction Game???
I am looking for a decent construction game. Not that demolition simulator game, I’d like one which is more "advanced" more choices, and better graphics. I’d prefer a game which is not a flash game which must be found on a website, but rather a solid on-board game.
Also I want it to be like a semi-realistic game, not sims or minecraft. I’d like to be able to buy/use equipment and such. Something such as a cross between farming simulator and 18 wheels of steel

I know you said no flash games, but if you want construction, you should give this one a try. Took up hours of my time.
